Orders

All orders are processed through our Shopify store.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer).
Payment is made at the time of placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Germany and the European Union.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, the risk passes to the buyer.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Legal right of withdrawal: 14 days for orders within the EU.
Returns can only be sent after prior agreement to:
